Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 3 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.  Goods are delivered in the UK by Parcelforce, FedEx and DHL.

On-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards

We accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta,Solo and Maestro . We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.  Payments are processed by SagePay.

Returns policy

We are unable to offer refunds on over ordered wallpaper. If you are not sure of quantities contact us with room sizes and we will work it out for you.

All website items are "special order" from our suppliers.  They do not take returns from us, so we cannot accept returns of these "special order" products.  We advise you take a look at the actual pattern book, or order a sample before purchase.  Please do not use the website for true colours.

We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.

All cut-length fabric is non-returnable.

Credit Card Security

Your card details are collected by Sage Pay.  Sage Pay is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.  Sage Pay is an active member of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, so you can be confident your data is safe. We are absolutely confident that we are offering the most secure payment system available. At no time are your credit card details stored on the website.
